Animal HealthThe work carried out for Animal Health has spanned over five years.  Before setting up Pentir, Mike Phillips led on a number of senior appointments including that of the Chief Operating Officer, Catherine Brown who has subsequently been promoted to Chief Executive. Catherine Brown was previously Managing Director for one of the BUPA subsidiaries. With Pentir Talent Solutions, Mike and his team brought the broader offering of Pentir Talent Solutions to help develop talent at Board and Senior Management level.  Work has included
