London Borough of Camden needed some urgent support with the recruitment of its Assistant Chief Executive. Pentir stepped in at short notice and took over the responsibility for the whole of the project. We established an assessment process which comprised of a preliminary interview, personality profiling, and telephone referencing.
Within very tight timeframes, we completed the preliminary interviews and provided advice to the Chief Executive and Deputy Chief Executive. Having shortlisted four candidates, we asked them to complete an on-line personality profile with a further feedback session. We then took up telephone references in advance of the final Member panel. Camden invited Pentir to attend the final panel to answer questions on the assessment approach taken and to advise the panel in general.
The result was the appointment from the Treasury.
