E-ACT Academies


E-ACT AcademiesE-ACT has engaged Pentir Talent Solutions to provide support and guidance on a number projects ranging from:

  • Developing the E-ACT corporate plan
  • Providing workshops and seminars for senior personnel relating to educational developments
  • Coaching and mentoring of E-ACT personnel
  • Preparation for Ofsted monitoring and inspection visits
  •  Comparator study to relate performance at E-ACT Academies to that of similar institutions
  • Behaviour and attendance interventions at three E-ACT Academies. This project entails:
    • Undertaking initial assessments of existing strategies and the effectiveness of their implementation
    • Preparing a scope of work that will provide an effective and sustainable model of best practice which builds on existing strengths
