E-ACT Academies
E-ACT has engaged Pentir Talent Solutions to provide support and guidance on a number projects ranging from:
- Developing the E-ACT corporate plan
- Providing workshops and seminars for senior personnel relating to educational developments
- Coaching and mentoring of E-ACT personnel
- Preparation for Ofsted monitoring and inspection visits
- Comparator study to relate performance at E-ACT Academies to that of similar institutions
- Behaviour and attendance interventions at three E-ACT Academies. This project entails:
- Undertaking initial assessments of existing strategies and the effectiveness of their implementation
- Preparing a scope of work that will provide an effective and sustainable model of best practice which builds on existing strengths
