Many clients require capacity to address short term needs.
Our service focuses on a targeted, search driven approach, in order to identify a shortlist of candidates from our extensive network. All our interim candidates are interviewed and referenced prior to inclusion on any shortlist.
We then assist in agreeing terms and in managing the performance whilst retaining contact with client and our interim resource throughout the duration of the contract.
