The new school improvement landscape
We have specific expertise and knowledge of schools and the education sector. We work with a wide range of organisations, seeking more effective ways of achieving results. We help interpret Government policy and position organisations to deliver in a more effective way.
In the light of the White Paper published by the Department for Education (DfE), we have developed a programme to assist organisations put in place a structure to enable the transition to the new school improvement landscape.
Our programme to ensure a successful transition includes:
- An assisted workshop for key leaders in schools to design and implement a new local system for school improvement appropriate to the new environment envisaged in the White Paper
- Provision of advice, support and targeted help to establish the local infrastructure required
- Delivery of a range of effective improvement programmes such as:
- Improving Teacher Programme (ITP)
- Outstanding Teacher Programme (OTP)
- Support for the teaching and hub schools and training of local coaches
- Tailored support to individual schools to secure improvement.
