Pentir were approached by the Principal of this high performing sixth form College for interim support to cover a period of maternity leave.   In addition to the skills and expertise required, the Principal was also keen to ensure that anybody fitting into this role should understand the context and the challenges of working in such an organisation. 

Pentir identified an experienced school leader who had come from a schools’ background.  We had worked with the individual before and were confident that they had the skills and expertise but also the emotional intelligence to be highly effective and so it proved.  The contract was extended more than once.
