We are a multi-academy trust with academies in the West Midlands, Nottinghamshire, Essex, Norfolk and Suffolk. Our academies and our pupils are diverse in nature. With an income of over £85 million, we have nine secondary academies, nine primaries, one special, one all-through and one further education institute.
We are a trust in transition and looking for an exceptional individual to lead us through the next stage of our development and transform our provision. Trustees are determined to improve outcomes and standards of learning for all of our students and consequently positively impact their life chances. Our outcomes are not good enough currently and we know we need to change.
Strong leadership is essential. We wish to appoint an ambitious and energetic CEO with an overriding passion for our values and able to lead such a transition.
